Welcome to your second main match.
AJ was eliminated in the first round, and now there are 12 people remaining.
Your second main match is…
ONE NIGHT ULTIMATE WEREWOLF II!
The interactions between werewolves and villagers make up One Night Ultimate Werewolf. The villagers will attempt to kill the werewolves, while the werewolves will attempt to avoid being killed.
Each player will claim 1 of 15 cards to determine his or her role. The three cards that are not selected will become the unused roles (A, B, and C) and will not be present; there will also be a fourth unused role, D, which has been designated in advance. Most of the roles will then activate their special abilities before the game begins. Each of these abilities also has an ability order, which will be the order in which their actions will be taken into effect (i.e. if the #7 Troublemaker and the #8 Drunk both switch the same player’s role, the Troublemaker’s action will be treated as having taken place first, regardless of the order in which the players responded.)
After all abilities have been activated, the game will begin. When a player has decided who he or she wants to kill, each player may cast a vote for which player he would like to kill. Once a vote has been cast, it cannot be taken back, and the player with the most votes will be killed. In the event of a tie, all players in the tie will be killed. All votes will be publicly revealed at the end of the match. You cannot vote for yourself.
The players are all divided into one of two teams: The Village Team (designated in blue) and the Werewolf Team (designated in red). The Village Team will win if they kill at least 1 werewolf, while the Werewolf Team will win if no werewolves die. Also of note is the Tanner (designated in green), who is not on either team. The Tanner will only win if he dies; if the Tanner wins, the Werewolf team automatically loses. If there are no werewolves in play, the Village Team will win if the Tanner loses.
After everyone has cast their votes, it will be revealed which player(s) have been killed and which team has won. The members of the winning team will earn a Token of Life (if only 1 player wins, that player will be allowed to give a second Token of Life to any player except the Elimination Candidate). Note that the format on how the elimination candidate is selected has changed from Season 1: If the player who was killed lost the Main Match, he or she will automatically be the Elimination Candidate. If multiple players fit this criteria, or no one does, the winner(s) will select the Elimination Candidate.
Now that all of the rules are out of the way, we will now introduce the roles for the game. There is only 1 of each role in play unless specified otherwise on the card. Note that some roles have been added, removed, or modified from the previous season.
To determine roles, you will all be selecting one of the following 15 cards, one for each of you plus three extra. On each card is one of the 15 roles that will be used for One Night Ultimate Werewolf. To claim a role, respond to the thread commenting “<Your name> claims card number <desired number>.” Players will be notified of their card as soon as it is selected. Abilities #1 (Sentinel) and #2 (Alpha Wolf) will activate immediately, and the Sentinel’s decision will be revealed as soon as all players have selected a card. Abilities 3-8 will be activated immediately after this, while #10 will determine in his or her Dealer Room which player to use the Revealer’s ability on. Abilities #9 (Insomniac) and #10 (Revealer) will activate as soon as Day begins. Players are forbidden to discuss their roles amongst each other until Day begins. Once all abilities have been activated, Day will begin and you may commence discussion and voting. Votes are due 48 hours after Day ends.
With that, begin the match!
