I'm sure you're both wondering what twist will come into play right now. With only two people on this tribe, how can someone be voted out? Well, it's simple. Your votes cancel each other out, and no, we are not involving the other tribes here. You will participate in a firemaking challenge right now to decide which one of you will stay.
And your challenge will be a mental one, as you are playing Mastermind.
Before the two of you are 24 colored marbles and a box with a lock that has ten marble openings. Today, your job is to correctly place 10 of those 24 marbles in the correct order.
Follow this example when guessing:
1. Chartreuse
2. Pink
3. Navy Blue
4. Purple
5. Indigo
6. Orange
7. Tangerine
8. Red
9. Sky Blue
10. White
Once you have posted your list, We will let you know...
- Whether a marble is in the right place in the list.
- Whether that marble is used but in the wrong place
- Whether a marble is not used period.
- A star will be placed before the number if the marble is in the correct place on the list.
- An exclamation point (!) will be placed before the number if the marble is one of the 10 needed to open your lockbox, but is in the wrong place on the list.
- (X) will be place before the number if the marble is not one of the 10 used to open your strongbox.
The contestant who gets their combination correctly in the fewest tries wins and stays alive in this game. The loser will be eliminated. If you have any questions, just ask the hosts. You both have 24 hours to complete this challenge, so you have until 1:30 AM EST to have finished your attempt.
