Hey guys, I first want to say congratulations for a long and an amazing season of Big Brother. In a game that is all about individuals, it was a pleasure to get to know you guys and play along side some of you. I stand before you guys today for a chance to explain myself, which I will happily do. If I have hurt any of you personally, I never meant to as it was in most cases unintentional. Every move I made in this game was for strategic purposes, and had nothing to do with personal feelings. However, I will not appologize for the moves I made, because I still stand by them. If I had changed one little thing, I would have no idea if I would be standing here at the final 2. After a game of lies, deciet, and trickery, I'm ready to open up. From this point on, I will tell the truth and be totally candid of moves I made and the things I did. I'm ready for anything you guys have to say to me, and I give you guys full permission to unleash. I know some of you may hold resentment, go ahead, let it all out. I'm ready.
Now let me address the elephant in the room, I played a dishonest game. Entering this game, I knew there were going to be people with pre-existing relationships. And that worried me because I never knew when my time was gonna be once my time was done. Relying on my social game, I made sure to talk to everyone in this game. I made sure to talk to you guys, even if it wasn't about strategy. I did this to form a bond and to get myself situated in this game. Now don't ever get me wrong, the bonds I made in this game was real, but I never lost sight on the real prize. I played to win, simple as that. I'll be the first to say, I made promises in this game that I knew I was going to break. Did a lot of people have my back? Probably, but I was always paranoid for the off chance I was next. I made a lot of false promises, but I believe that is one of the reasons that I am standing here today.
I'll be honest, I didn't play a perfect game. Luck is one of the major reasons why I'm here today. At final 4, when I was standing side by side with Brittany awaiting Najim's vote, fate helped me. I would like to think I didn't need it and that Najim would have voted to keep me, but there is no way knowing for sure. So I thank whatever that the odds were in my favor that night, and random.org had decided to save me. I also know that when betraying a lot of people, I was bound to make enemies. I can only hope they are willing to read my speech, my answers to questions, and understand why I made certain moves.
Now onto my gameplay. In these games, it is hard to know for sure who to trust. When Tata orginally made a giant alliance the included the majority of the cast, I went along with it. However, I knew I had to change it up when half the of the alliance were floating to the end and seemed more loyal to each other, than to me. So a pivotal point where I took control of the game is when I decided to go against Sam, Purry, Tata, and Alvin (during week 3) by enlisting the help of Cassie and Brittany, along with others. Instead of following blindly to the alliance, I wanted to make sure to have people that showed they were willing to work with me far into the game (Cassie and Brittany), and not nominate them on the block. I'd like to also say I was a played a pivotal role in every vote. Even though they were a few stray votes during the voting ceremony, I always got the player I wanted gone every week. And even though things didn't initially go my way during the week, I always made sure to adapt by voting out players that I would have eventually went for in the future. By simply taking advatange of the situation, I got rid of potential problems in the future.
TL;DR Please read what I just posted.. I spent a lot of time on it.. But to recap, I believe I played quite a dominant game throughout. As someone who people would view as a threat, I wasn't in any real danger (avoiding nomination) until week 9. My social game helped me because I made strong bonds with allies, and was able to keep them strong until it was time to cut them. I won multiple HoH's to maintain power, threw some when I felt I didn't need it, and won Veto's to make sure my target went home. And last but not least, I got lucky in a few instances. I know I did, but it was a combination of all these things is why I believe I'm sitting here today.
Okay. Now I'm ready for the questions. Thank you for reading, now hit me.
