Big Brother UK 1 is the first season of 703's Big Brother UK series. It is an online reality game (ORG) based on the UK version of the popular show Big Brother. It began on 16 September of 2016 with 18 housemates entering the house throughout the season, and ended on the 14th of November after 60 days. The winner of the season, determined by the viewers, received the grand prize of a virtual £150,000.

- 2 In 1: Miguel and Purry competed as one housemate.
- V.I.P. Vote: Eva and Alietta were voted as V.I.P’s and therefore made safe in Week 1. Eva’s Immunity was revoked however after she discussed nominations with AJ.
- Intruders: Two housemates entered the game late, Tommy on Day 5, and Kassy on Day 17.
- Killer Nominations: Week 2 was killer nomination week with the 4 surviving nominees plus new housemate Tommy and challenge winner Linh making killer nominations. In addition, one nominee (Amber/Ella) won immunity and got to name a replace killer nominee.
- Tiebreaker: In Week 3, there was a tie in the vote with Alissa, Brian, and Jo all having the fewest votes to save. Jo was then evicted in a housemate vote.
- The Trials: In Week 5, housemates competed in immunity challenges to determine the week’s nominees. It began when the housemates voted Alietta as immune. Kassy, Malik, Brian, and AJ won an immunity challenge. The immunity winners then chose Miguel and Purry and Tommy to be immune leaving the other 7 housemates as nominated.
- Nomination Chain and Roulette Spin: In Week 7, Heather was nominated by the house. She then got to begin a nomination chain, nominating Malik, who nominated Tommy, who nominated Brian, who nominated Chrissa. Arianna was auto nominated for discussing nominations. The other housemates then voted for who they wanted to stay and their votes were put a wheel which was then spun. Chrissa was taken off the block as a result.
- BBUSA Week: Week 8 was BBUSA themed. Alissa began the week by winning her way back into the house and becoming HOH. She then nominated Heather and Kassy. AJ won roadkill and nominated Alietta. Malik won the veto and used it to save Kassy, who was replaced with Eva. The remaining three faced the public vote.
- Halloween Eviction: On Halloween, the housemates voted to evict one of their own.
- Trio Nominations: In Week 10, each housemate nominated three housemates each rather than the regular two.
- Nominations Master: In Week 11, Tommy won a finale pass and got to name the nominees. He chose Alissa and Alietta.
- Save And Replace: In Week 11, As nominees, Alissa and Alietta competed to save themselves. Alissa won and named Kassy as a replacement nominee.
