Day 1[]

Hi name's John, i'm 19, you can expect an interesting game from me and that I'm going to give you guys something to root for in the Viewing Lounge. Let's rock on and i'm excited to find out who else Is on my tribe.

–John

This is going to be the death of me some way, some how. I am stuck on an all men's tribe! I WAS CURSED! BUT HOPEFULLY, something will happen to me in a good sense.

–Constance

So this is going pretty well so far

granted I am a little drunk but I'm making bonds James Bonds But in all seriousness, I'm making bonds wth the two people in the chat right now and I'm making some alliances

–Alex

I am really excited about this season, already with myself constance and alex being the only active players right now, myself and alex have aligned and hope to bring in constance as well. I think this is gonna be a great season and I hope to go far with them

–Jake

"The Core" alliance is just starting out. I am a little nervous about it although I need to stop worrying so much. It consists of me, Alex and Jake. We know we have to include one other person for a majority when it comes down to it. It is just a matter of deciding who.

–Constance

If we lose the first immunity, Dima will definitely go home, he is very aloof, and could possibly be aligned with Christian from another org, so myself, Alex, and Constance will definitely be voting for him

–Jake

I think I was pretty lucky to get onto the Kandal Tribe. Right out of the gate, I spot a few people who I’ve played with before. I’ve played with Jake of Pailin twice before, even though we’ve never said a word to each other because we always start on separate tribes (even now) and he always goes pre-merge whereas I make the jury. Let’s see if history repeats itself here as well. I also have a history with John from Pailin – long story short, both of us were nominated in BB, he left and I stayed. Not exactly sunshine and roses between the two of us. And then there’s Dima and Christian, also from Pailin. What can I say about Dima? He is…one of the meanest people I’ve ever met on the ORG community. He was never mean to me, but he was incredibly rude and disrespectful to other players. And on top of that, he’s a cheater. He cheated in an individual immunity challenge once to get to the Final Tribal, and showed zero remorse for his actions. So…I’m not too happy to see him here. I just hope the rest of his tribemates see sense and get rid of him fast because I am not looking forward to reuniting with him. On the other hand, Christian played with the both of us and I liked him much more, I hope we can reconnect at the merge. Moving onto my tribe, I know Charley and Amber are some pretty big names in the ORG community, and Hannah was one of the first people voted off Azerbaijan. I like the vibe of the Kandal tribe, especially since we don’t have any rotten eggs in the bunch like Dima. Just based off of first impressions, I would like to align myself with Amber. I played with her sister before, and I saw her in Alsace and Generations. My strategy to make the merge is to find a good loyal alliance, so that’s what I’m gonna do.

–Marco

Just spoke to Christian...wished him luck dealing with the walking trainwreck that is Dima. Dima is like an Abi-Maria in male form; except I like Abi more. Have I mentioned how glad I am I'm not on Dima's tribe?

–Marco

Yay, Survivor! Wow i've heard soooo many good stories about this ORG. I can't wait to actually start with challenges. I already made some good contacts with Hannah, Marco and Jonas (Kaffe). It's pretty fun to be here with so many friendly people. It's enjoyable. I've learned from other seasons that idols are really essential (idk how to spell that lol). So, let's try to find a idol and to keep some social contacts to let me stay for a long time in the game. Survivor, I'm ready.

–Amber

ok....so like I'm WAY older than everyone else on my tribe.....I feel like Jerry on BB 10 (US)

except there's no Renny and I checked in after everyone....not a good start for me haha i definitely think it's going to be an uphill battle for me socially, I am technically a Millenial if you go by the years but I am right on the cusp and definitely don't have the same mentality as most of them, fitting in with these younger Millenials is going to be a challenge for me....the closest person to me in age is 25! eek, 7 years!

–Andrew

The Core Alliance is definitely on par to getting rid of Dima first when we go to our first tribal, whenever that happens. All the men are at each others throats, while I am sitting here like "Please, do not vote me off so quickly, I'll flash my e-boobs."

–Constance

This is great, I have a group of 4 that's what I've been wanting. I have Constance, whi is in The Core alliance and I really like the girl so that's good. I have Jake who's also in The Core alliance and we are in sympatico. And I got Andy too, and he's working with me. It's like I finally can play this game and have my mindless sheep with me too

–Alex

Day 2[]

Not really a fan of Constance just yet, she seems either socially awkward or just closed off. Singing Dancing or Endurance?? wtf.... Could these people not have waited to figure out who was doing what when we have 12 fucking hours to decide?

–Andrew

Day 2 of Survivor: Siem Reap! This tribe, Kandal, is possibly the most amazing tribe to ever exist. Seriously, everybody are extremely nice, it’s almost too good to be true. If we were to go to tribal council, I’d be devastated to send someone out of this game. My impressions of my tribe mates so far are rather shallow, since this is only Day 2. I’ve talked to everyone though, and feel like I know enough to have a relation to all of them - after all, this game is about relations. Not strategy, folks, relations!

- Nick is really nice, and seems to be ready to take a bullet for the tribe. That’s important, and he’s definitely someone I’d like to keep around. - I know Amber from hosting her in The Amazing Race 6, which she won. She’s very nice, but from what I saw in TAR, not amazing with alliances. That said, I think she’ll be my main ally for as long as possible. - Nathan is hard to read, but I think we’re getting along well. I’m gonna have to wait and see with him. - Charley I also know from hosting her in TAR, though that’s a very long time ago. Back then, she didn’t appear to be nearly as nice as she is now - she’s been really nice so far! That said, she is currently the biggest threat on this tribe, in my opinion, and I’d kinda like to see her gone before the merge. - Apparently this is Julian’s first game of Survivor, so I’m planning on helping him out. He’s seems eager to play, and that’s always important! - I haven’t talked that much to Hannah, but I think I’ll get along with her well enough. Amber apparently knows her, so that’s a big plus. - Lastly, we have Marco. He was the first one on the tribe to approach me, and while he does appear very nice, he’s the only one right now that I consider expendable. I’d still hate to vote him out though. Now, what the others think of me, I have no idea of. I hope they’re not planning to vote me out first chance, but you never know! I’m hoping, and expecting, that we will win this first immunity challenge and wont have to go to tribal council. That said, it’s good be safe, so I’ve talked a bit with Amber, and we each decided to talk to the other two girls on the tribe. So in case of a tribal council, it will be me and the girl (Charley, Amber and Hannah) voting together. It’s amazing, I feel like I’m safe! You may think that I’d be on the bottom of a girls+me-alliance, but I really don’t think so. As said, Amber will be my main ally, and I think she’d vote with me rather than the girls. My strategy for this game will be to be nice to people! That might sound like an odd strategy for Survivor, but I think it’s going to pay off. For instance, Charley will be doing the singing task for our tribe in the challenge, and she apparently has social anxiety. I know a bit about that, and said that she should just do as much of the task as she could, and not do the parts that she felt uncomfortable with. She seemed to appreciate that. And I wasn’t lying, that was my honest opinion. I’m not some extremely cunning player, I’m going to try and win this game by being an honest player. And I think it’ll be great! So, yeah, I think this season will be a lot of fun, even if I wont have that much time to play. I’m looking forward to seeing how this plays out!

–Kaffe

so my first ORG! I'm excited but I don't really know what to do honestly. So I'm just going to lay back, do challenges and hope I can just form bonds with people. I am nervous because I'm sort of awkward & introverted. But I'm using this to break out of my shell & hopefully make a new friend! But for now, I just don't want to be the first one out.

–Julian

I feel pretty good about this tribe. Charley - amazing girl, I'd like to work together with her in this game since we both wanted to do that in Generations but because of my elimination before the swap we never worked together. Jonas - is amazing as well. We are in a alliance since the begin and I feel pretty good about it. Marco - is a social and very nice friend of me and I'd love to work with him through this game. Hannah - a sweet and loyal girl. I talked with her before her season Azerbaijan started and I really wanted her to win or my sister Ella but she got voted out so soon so it's amazing to work with her now and to try to get us both at least in merge and jury. Nathan - idk with him, havent talked to him in private yet. Julian - the same story. And we have someone else... but I totally forgot

–Amber

It's fucking ugly as hell. Oh my god, we're so going to tribal! like I don't want to hurt his feelings but I mean it just bad

–Alex

It's pretty hard to say how I actually feel at the moment because the people on my alliance show a ton of tribe unity, but it's really hard to have any spirit when you know that you might end up going to tribal. It just sucks, but hey, at least I have numbers

–Alex

so time is almost up for the challenge and I'm nervous about the potential outcome. I just hope I did enough to myself safe. I formed a duo alliance with Nick because Nick's a cool guy & you gotta trust somebody right? Meanwhile, I'm wondering are we gonna get an idol clue soon because I would like to find that idol before anyone else does, just to have extra security. But now I want to try and pull in Amber and Hannah and potentially Charley. But Amber, something about her seems super crafty. She seems to be sort of shady so I have to watch out for her honestly. Hopefully we can win so I can have more time to form bonds with people :) . oh also I bonded with Charley because she's a Pokemon nerd like me :)

–Julian

Great stuff everybody, absolutely great... No matter whether we win or lose... the organization needs to improve... Or we're going to start being slaughtered left and right by Kandal, So lets go Pailian and fix ourselves out of the grave we tried digging.

–John

That moment when someone feels that they are smarter than you and wants to say our entire tribe is at fault for the challenge if we wind up losing. I find it highly inconsiderate since I managed to complete my section rather fast as well as several other members, and not everyone should be looked at badly. Not to mention, this same person believes targeting one of my alliance members is an option. Honey, do you really think I am going to let you sit by and have that option? Nope, that's some stupid shit right there.

–Constance

to the hosts "stop talking about the cheatting thing ! it bring a fucking target on my back they don't need to hear it from every host like every 2 hours.. anyway let's talk about game rigth now. If we come to lose, Constance, my little cheater plan on voting jake, the only dude who I worked with soo far.. Constance, Jake & Alex are plans on voting john.

–Stephane

Day 3[]

Well, shit. Looks like they beat us and it was close too, that's the annoying thing like if Christian had done his dance video we could've tied it up

that's what bothers me the most Also, they must have had a god awful flag for ours to beat them that was the biggest shock to me

–Alex

right now constance tell everyone to target john unsure emoticon

my strategy is to have 5 people voting constance we will see if it work I have christian in my side for sure smile emoticon he seem very nice john will vote constance after all the target she put to him that makes 3 I will work andy and christian will work dima to get to vote her

–Stephane

Yes! We won the challenge! I am so incredibly stoked. A round off is everything, just being able to mentally rest and relax before the next challenge can be really important. Our tribe worked our asses off, and we got the job done. I'm super stoked. Anyway, the tribe is great. And I got myself my first real ally of the game. Not just stupid "We'll watch each others backs" but real "Yeah we're alligned!" kinda ally. It is Julian. Yeah, we hit it off pretty quick, talking about pokemon and stupid stuff like that, but then today he's like hey, let's be allies. And I'm like hell yeah let's be allies. It feels good just to have one person on your side. He might be playing me, I honestly don't know, but I'm not going to play paranoid! Playing paranoid gets me nowhere. I'm going to trust someone for once, I'm going to believe him and hold him at his word, and hopefully get somewhere. Anyway, having a duo is great. With a partner you can divide and conquer, you don't have to talk to everyone because you can split it between you and them. That way you don't get caught talking to all sides. So I'm super psyched to have him as my ally, and he seems super fun and smart too. So I hope he's not messing with me, and I don't think he is. As for the other members... Well, Amber and Jonas I'm getting along with too. They're both really cool. Nick I talked to just because we both kinda took the "hero" parts of the challenge (the parts no one else wanted) and he's chill. Hannah's okay, don't know really where she stands... And then Nathan and Marco I don't know too well, but they don't seem like bad guys. So I'm just going into this game happy and optimistic like a goddamn double rainbow. Maybe it'll get me far into the game, or maybe it'll just make the short amount of time I'm here more fun. Either way, rainbow or not, I'm still gunna fight like a lion to win. Just a happy lion. (Like Simba before the whole Mufasa thing)

–Charley

#KumbayaKandal lives on. Our tribe seems to have very strong tribal unity. We seem to be a cohesive unit but you never know. It does worry me what we’re going to do if we eventually have to go to tribal, because none of the eight of us seem like an easy boot.

–Marco

these people are all idiots

–Andrew

Dima just messaged me, and he's nice. Delete everything I said about him being unpleasant. I hope he doesn't cheat this time around. Also, Hannah is now playing two ORGs with me. I hope I can use that connection to get her to align with me.

–Marco

So Kumbaya Kandal won!!! This is certainly a new feeling for me, being on Kandal. In almost every single other ORG that I was in, my original tribe was defined by dysfunction, poor challenge skills, and I probably found at least 1 or 2 of them annoying as heck. Kandal just feels different. This is the first time I genuinely feel as though I'm part of a team rather than just a bunch of individuals forced together. We absolutely crushed Pailin in the challenge because we have this harmony where we all put our best foot forward in our respective tasks. If we keep this up, I don't see us losing any time soon.

I do have this little bit of restlessness though because I haven't heard or mentioned the dreaded A-word with anyone else on the tribe. Maybe I'm just being paranoid and this really is the love tribe but you know what they say, it's not paranoia if they're actually out to get you. More on this after the break.

–Nathan

We won! Of course we won, this tribe is amazing. We lost two points in the challenge, but that didn’t change anything, we still won! Nathan and I did great in the endurance task, getting more than twice as many posts as the opposing tribe! Nick, Charley and Julian did amazing too! Only Amber, Marco and Hannah lost us points, but I don’t think anybody on our tribe holds it against them; only Hannah did bad, really, and still I don’t think that’s reason enough to target her. Not that I think we’ll need to target anyone yet though!

I’m excited to see who will be eliminated from the other tribe. It seems to be between Christian and Steph, so this will be interesting! Now, with Kumbaya Kandal safe, I’m going to enjoy the day off and play some Rising Tide!

–Kaffe

Day 3 Tribe Assessment:

Constance: SUPER ACTIVE. Definitely the most active person on our tribe, which is great. She keeps the conversations going and keeps things lively in camp. I've managed to talk to her some one on one and she does seem nice. However, on the other hand, maybe it is our age difference but she does seem a little socially awkward. She also was super selfish during the challenge planning portion of the immunity challenge. She picked what she was doing and finished it before I had even seen the challenge was posted. Poor Christian and Stephane had no shot at being able to choose something they were good at. Perhaps if one of them had done the word search they would have defeated the other side and we could have been closer to a win. Overall, her actions during challenge planning really busted everything up for the rest of the group. Also, before we had even found out results of the challenge, Constance was pushing for John to go. John going would be fine for me because we have never been able to catch each other live in FB Chat, so it would not be a loss for me. However, as far as i can see, John did compete and did the best with what he could for his part of the Endurance Challenge. Constance says he gave up, but like there was really no chance we would win after a certain point. With that said, when we got results I was asleep, but frigen Christian didn't even submit. When someone doesn't compete thats always a red flag for me so I would naturally have thought the target would switch to Christian but no Constance is still pushing for John...which seems odd to me. She seems to think she has majority and is for sure aligned with Alex and Jake. Alex: Also a very active guy and seems really cool. Was the fist person I had the chance to talk to for an extended amount of time. He definitely has a strategic mind and knows how the game should be played. He almost seems like the Beta to Constance the Alpha. He is smart and knows to let other people lead the charge. However, I know for sure he is tight with her and Jake. THe forst time we talked about alliances he mentioned that me him and Constance work together. He mentioned how we would only need one more vote and we'd have majority. Clearly he has already established relationships with the two of them and I would be their fourth. Aside from that he did well in the challenge with Jake and seems like he could go far in this game. Jake: I know much less about Jake, considering he is in Austrailia and it's hard to get in touch with him sometimes.(I'm sure the same could be said about me when Im working and sleeping), He seems like generally a good kid, tried hard in the challenge, and did well. I feel like is is Alex's beta if that makes any sense. Constance is the Alpha, with Alex as her Beta and then Jake becomes Alex's Beta once/if Constance goes. Anyway, according to Jake, for some reason John was targeting him and that is why he wants to vote John out over Christian. Basically he wants to take out the immediate threat to himself, which is smart for his game but probably not for mine. Stephane: At first I thought Stephane was going to be UTR, and not very active. However, I was completely wrong. He had the same reaction I did when he saw that everyone had decided what they were going to do on the challenge. The only difference was he isn't afraid to be loud about it. That's cool with me, cause I'm just gonna play it cool like it wasn't that big of a deal and let Stephane take the heat for speaking up. As far as the vote goes, Stephane was more than confident coming to me and wanting to target Constance. He told me that she tried some sort of cheating in the challenge and that really ticked off Stephane for some reason. He is pushing hard for a blindside on Constance at this vote. I made him promise me that if I vote with him for Constance that we need to stay solid next round. He is definitely a player that is not afraid to make moves so I need to keep an eye on him, but I like the way he is thinking this round. Dima: Dima is definitely a character. I figured that out RIGHT away. He is very forward. I do like him but he seems like he could end up being a little bit of a loose cannon down the road. Plus, there is a little bit of a language barrier there. Sometimes I say stuff and he doesn't get the wording and vice versa, so I could see things getting misconstrued at some point. He wants to take out Constance big time but has also divulged to me that net round he wants to flip to Alex and Jake to take out Stephane since he is such a leader or whatever. Then all the sudden he's like no Jake needs to go next because he found out Jake said something to Constance about Dima targeting her. So yeah, he's all over the place but I guess it's good that he is coming to me about this stuff and not going to others. Christian: Not a lot to say about him. He seems like a really good kid. I tried bonding with him over my love for the Filipino ethnicity. He taught me a few words to say to some of my friends. Just seems like a good person and hopefully trustworthy. The fact that he didn't do the challenge sucks though. If he can make it throught his vote without even doing the challenge i can see him making it deep playing a UTR game. John : He is the one I have interacted with the least. We keep missing each other and had been playing FBChat tag for a few days til I finally touched base with him earlier today. I have to say he seems feisty and I think I like him. I need to chat with him more but he is gungho about this Constance vote and seems to have a good vision of how the tribe is divided. Definitely has a good strategic brain, I think.

–Andrew

Round 1 Vote

So basically this is how the tribe dynamics seem to me. Constance, Alex, and Jake are one threesome. They have made their alliance extremely obvious. While I think it could be best to take out an inactive and then flip the vote on them next round, that isn't going to happen. They're gung ho on taking out John, who isn't inactive and who isn't bad at challenges. The other side, which is looking like Stephane, Chrisitan and John is all about taking out Constance and they're not changing their minds either. It seems like myself and the wild card Dima are in the middle. While I feel like C/A/J are the more stable alliance and would be stronger for the tribe overall, they're obviousness about their grouping is alarming. Also the way they handled the challenge prep was terrible, and they are only caring about themselves. The other side is definitely more unstable. I could see Dima and Stephane flipping all over the place down the road , so it could be more dangerous to go with them. However, I'm here to play and have fun and while it's going to suck to kind of alienate Alex and Jake, Constance needs to go. She is making really solid connections with both of her boys and I really don't like the way she is handling the way she is targeting John. I don't feel like she is being totally open with her intentions. So bye bye Costance! GAME ON!
