Layoff Game is the third episode of The Genius II.
Main Match[]
Layoff Game. The boss-employee interaction of 11 players makes up the main match Layoff Game. Higher level workers can fire lower level workers. Each contestant will become one of these workers depending on a card selected before the game, and each player who meets that card’s win condition will win the game.
The winners selected Carson to become the Elimination Candidate, who selected Eddie as his opponent.
Death Match[]
Tactical Yutnori. In Tactical Yutnori, players will compete with partners attempt to move two pieces on a gameboard to the finish line in a psychological battle.

Trivia[]
- This is the first episode where more than two players compete in a Death Match.
- As such, Ben is now the first player to win a Death Match he had not competed in.
- Similarly, Tom is the first player to lose a Death Match without being eliminated.
- After this episode, Rob is the only player to have never won a Token of Life.
- Konstantinos was originally selected to be Eddie's DM partner, but had to switch out before the match began due to time zone differences.
- With Eddie's elimination, Eva is the only remaining player to ever be a juror on a 703 Survivor ORG.
