On One Condition is the seventh episode of The Genius IV.

Main Match

On One Condition: This match takes place over 12 rounds. In each round, players receive a task to privately hand out a certain number of chips to the other players, and a condition that needs to be met in order to earn a point for that round. All chips must be distributed; a player cannot give chips to themselves. Chips do carry over from round to round. The chip rankings at the end of each round are revealed publicly, but not how many chips each player has. Whichever player has the most points after 12 rounds wins a Token of Life, while the player with the fewest points becomes the Elimination Candidate.

Phoenix and Devin both scored 8 points, earning Tokens of Life. Pory and Tyler came in joint last with 2 points each; the winners chose Tyler to be the Elimination Candidate. Tyler then chose Ryan as his Death Match opponent.

Death Match

Prisoner's Poker: Each player starts with 10 chips and 8 cards—two each of A, B, C, and D—corresponding to the four available strategies in a payout matrix. In the first portion, players can only gain chips; in the second portion, players will battle to keep those chips from being lost. Each player picks one card to assign to their opponent, and, after betting, gain or lose chips depending on the payout indicated in the matrix. The first player to lose all their chips in the second portion loses.
