Hey Josh, hows it hanging?
So, for your first question, no, I don't believe winning a lot of immunities soley should earn me the win, however, I feel like if I can win 5 in a row that should definitely count towards something. I feel my social game was also a lot better than you gave me credit for. I managed to keep myself in a more positive light with most jurors it seems than my fellow competitors today as was made apparent by some comments in jury speeches. Also, as something I probably should have mentioned in my speech, most people in the Sumbawacat Dolls alliance didn't end up there by chance. There is a skype group and facebook chat that has been going on since long before the game started in which Brian, Dani, Tyler and Lex were very active members, and its no stretch to say a previous friendship played a big role in those four choosing to align. Now, Will and I were not in this skype and facebook chat (I have since been added to it, hence how I know about it), but the two of us had to use our social prowess to get in good with those four so they would want to add us into an alliance. Strategically I don't think I was a weak player by any means either, my plan for team captain voting was what got us two control two out of the three tribes as I have stated, and before final 7 most things in the game unravelled in the way I wanted them. I was with a group who I had a good chance of beating most of at the end, Ill get back to this in a moment, and had been able to play off my relationship to the person that Ty and Brian had felt was the most influencial juror at the time. Yes, I got a bit panicky at final 6 after Jess was voted off, but heres the thing, everyone else other than maybe Dani was lying just as much at that point. Ty and Brian were still offering me a final 3 deal and really pushing for it, not even an hour after telling me I would be booted the second I lost a comp. well here I am seeing that that was when they also made this final 3 deal with you, so anything I said to them I felt was more than a justified lie.
Now, onto the second question, yes, if you had voted out Ty at final 5 you would be sitting here at the end. The game is fluid, and especially close to the end the moves someone makes have to come down to whats best for their game. Say Ty goes home and I still win final immunity, as much as it sucks to say it, both me and you have always said the contestant we were most like was Fishbach, and what did Stephen say he would have done had he beat JT in the FIC. Well, if Dani had made it to 4, she would have been the JT I had to vote off strickly for what was best for my game. Thats a big reason I wanted to keep her past 5 in the first place, that way even if I lost final immunity I would have a way to save myself by trying to convince everyone that Dani was the bigger target. And lets say by some unlikely twist of fate, Dani wins final immunity, well at that point I would have known I was in trouble and figured for Dani to keep me around, my best play would be to play up the loyalty card and try to convince her and you to vote Brian and stay true to her word, and even if that failed it would have been me gone, not you. I don't blame you at all for taking the risk you did, since your odds of beating Ty and Brian had you gotten to the end with those two would have been very high, however, I was telling the truth when I said you would have been sitting at the end with either Dani or I.
I hope this answered your question man, I hope you'll consider voting for me, but whatever you do no hard feelings. Have a good one and let me know if you need me to clarify anything since my answer is a bit long winded haha.
Hi Josh!!
So I'll just get right to it and answer your question. Had the final 3 been you, Linus, and Dani, who would I have voted for? And this is assuming you got me out either that round or one of the following after that. Well if I had to weigh out my options, I think Dani would be the last of the 3 to get my vote. Only because I think Dani is more suited and just a lovable character, rather than a strong strategic or physical player. She is very likable but as far as I know that was the only thing that she had working for her in the game in my opinion. So if it came down to you and Linus, I would actually vote for you (I know this is gonna seem like I'm saying this only because I want your vote lol), but I'm really being honest here. You heard what I had to say about Linus' game. I think he did good enough socially. He was very strong physically, but I think strategically he lacked a lot in that area. Where as I feel like you are much more of an all around player. You were very smart and strategic by laying low and staying in between the 2 power alliance. People liked you and nobody ever had an issue with you. And lastly you actually ARE a strong competitior in challenges. Sure maybe you didn't get an individual challenge win, but I know that you are actually skilled in that area. And if I'm gonna be voting for a winner I think the person that should be the winner should be the most/best all around player of the F3. I hope that answers your question. Love you Josh and I can't wait to talk to you more when this is over!!
