Types of Tribe Dissolve[]

There are currently three main types of tribal dissolution:

Instances of Tribe Dissolve[]

Survivor: Italy[]

There were three tribes at the start of the game: Perosa, Socimi, and Variara. Variara was then chosen by the moderators randomly to be dissolved into the two remaining tribes.

Survivor: Mongolia[]

There were three tribes at the start of the game: Bayartai, Gechii, and Saihan. Gechii was then chosen by the moderators to be dissolved, because of their poor performances in challenges, into the two remaining tribes.

Survivor: Isla Del Sol[]

There were four tribes at the start of the game: Murokata, Qala, Manco Capac, and Cobo. Qala & Manco Capac were then chosen by the moderators to be dissolved, because of wanting the color combination of Murokata/Cobo more, into the two remaining tribes.

Survivor: Skye Islands[]

There were three tribes at the start of the game: Dunan, Kilbride, and Torrin. Dunan was then chosen by the moderators to be dissolved, because of their poor performances in challenges & current losing streak, into the two remaining tribes.

Survivor: San Marcos[]

There were three tribes at the start of the game: Queztal, Tacana, and Catarina. Queztal was dissolved by the moderators, into the two remaining tribes.

Survivor: Caracol[]

There were four tribes at the start of the game: Maya, Cayo, Yajaw, and Macal. Yajaw was dissolved first due to their poor challenge performance, and then Cayo was disbanded later in the game.

Survivor: Resurrection[]

There were three tribes at the start of the game: Azorella, Gallieni, and Couvreux. An auxiliary tribe, Bizet, was added later. Couvreux and Gallieni were dissolved just before the merge.

Survivor: Chaos[]

There were ten tribes at the start of the game: Ohana, Nanakuli, Axupa, Waikahe, Moana, Ewa, Hana, Kahakai, Luapele, and Pukalani. Ohana, Nanakuli, Axupa, Waikahe, Hana, Kahakai, Luapele, and Pukalani were all dissolved over the course of the game.

Survivor: Bora Bora[]

There were four tribes at the start of the game: Anau, Floréal, Motu, and Vaitape. Despite not losing any challenges, Anau and Vaitape were disbanded.

Survivor: Hallasan[]

There were two tribes at the start of the game: Jinan and Wonsan. An auxiliary tribe, Donnaeko, was added later in the game. Wonsan was later conquered by the other two tribes.

Survivor: Legends[]

There were four tribes at the start of the game: Sagikkun, Salam, Chubang, and Gongsang. Over the course of the game, Gongsang and Chubang were dissolved.

Survivor: Byzantium[]

There were three tribes at the start of the game: Edessa, Chalcedon, and Trebizond. Trebizond was dissolved later in the game.

Survivor: Romania[]

Survivor: Mount Olympus[]

There were four tribes at the start of the game: Dion, Mytikas, Kakalos, and Stefani. Stefani and Kakalos were dissolved first, but then brought back. Dion was then dissolved.

Survivor: Egypt[]

There were two tribes at the start of the game: Amun and Sekhmet. An auxiliary tribe, Horus, was added later in the game. Subsequently, Horus was then dissolved.

Survivor: Rhineland[]

There were five tribes at the start of the game: Ahr, Nahe, Eburone, Mosel, and Treveri. Nahe (despite not losing any challenges) and Treveri were dissolved first, and then Eburone was dissolved.
